With the Christmas season over and all the decorations taken down, there has been time to redecorate the shop windows along the Main Street, U.S.A. As a tradition of the recent years a central theme has been chosen - .[this year it is "Over the roof tops of Paris". Guests can discover the stars from such movies as Aristocats (who actually ventured onto the roof tops in the animated classic) as well the stars 101 Dalmatians, Peter Pan and Wendy, Donald and his nephews, Daisy, Pinocchio, Jimminy, Pluto, Minnie, Mickey, Bernhard and Bianca, Lilo and many more. The decorations should stay in place for several months now - and are well worth it with their countless details and elaborate three dimensional sets.
But there is new stuff to discover inside the boutiques as well. It is not yet the 15th anniversary merchandise - well besides the golden mickey ears and the countdown pins which are already on sale. But Disneyland Resort Paris continues its new cocept of constant adding new merchandise and retiring older items thereby making sure even fans can find something new. This time we found a new collection of cups starring the characters of Winnie The Pooh playing around with butterflies - complete with butterfly shaped handles.
